SUMMARY: The associate will primarily be responsible for general building repair, maintenance, and preparation of in-transit valuable items. They will also assist the Building Operations team as needed. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway(Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Paid time off 401k savings plans Onsite gym with access to a personal trainer COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned Cleans up worksite debris Provide general maintenance and building repairs Provide general support for Building Operations This position reports to the Building Operations/Maintenance Supervisor Other duties may be assigned Requirements SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required Work quickly and without direct supervision Great attention to detail Fork-lift experience a plus Box truck or step-van experience is a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver’s license.
