BakerHicks is seeking a site-based Building Services Construction Supervisor (with demonstrable HVAC knowledge and experience) to join our team at our client’s facility in Dalry. This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM project (Building Services elements).
Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, the Building Services Construction Supervisor will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution of the project. A core responsibility of this role is to ensure all personnel are deployed safely and that site activities adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key duties include overseeing on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, monitoring progress, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring delivery to schedule and budget. The role demands a strong understanding of construction management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires consistent on-site presence, so candidates should be based in the local area or willing and able to travel daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/HNC/City & Guilds in the applicable trade field is advantageous but not essential.
• Significant experience in Building Services field supervision on complex industrial projects
• Recognised professional certification in construction site supervision. - SSSTS (minimum)
• TWS (temporary works supervisor) advantageous but not essential
