Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with contract observation in order to ensure that the build quality and maintainability of building services installations are satisfactory.
  • Identify obsolete, inefficient and hazardous building services plant and equipment and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Provide high-level technical support to the building services trades staff and technicians.
  • Assist with the operational monitoring and management of building services systems in order to ensure that faults are reported, energy consumption is minimised, appropriate environmental conditions are maintained, and maintenance costs are minimised.
  • Ensure that project managers, consultants, designers and contractors are instructed on building services policies and operational requirements
    A large part of this role will be working with our consultants and contractors to ensure a high level of service and delivery is upheld. Health and Safety are of the utmost importance.

    This is a full-time (37.5 hrs per week), fixed-term role – Monday to Friday based on-site
    The remuneration is $110,100 - $149,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
