We offer a full range of in-house services, including HVAC, electrical, water treatment, gas, and building fabric maintenance — backed by a dedicated team that puts engineers first.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our growing regional team. This role will involve carrying out PPMs, servicing, and reactive repairs across various commercial sites, primarily in Oxford, London, Reading, Guildford, and Slough.

KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING

  • Experience in M&E building services
  • Good knowledge of HVAC plant, boilers, ventilation, controls
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Legionella compliance
  • Comfortable using CAFM systems and completing digital reports
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

QUALIFICATIONS

  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition or relevant electrical qualifications (preferred)
  • Apprenticeship-trained or time-served engineer
Responsibilities
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, boilers, and controls
  • Completing site logbooks, documentation, and reports
  • Providing excellent communication with clients and internal teams
  • Attending emergency call-outs as part of a shared rota
