We’re seeking an immediately available Electrical Engineer to support a number of key contracts within Central London. This role sits within a forward‑thinking FM operation that uses intelligent building technologies, data-driven maintenance, and integrated service platforms to keep commercial estates running efficiently. It’s an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys blending traditional electrical maintenance with modern smart‑building capabilities. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across landlord areas of commercial buildings Carry out fault-finding, testing, inspection, and statutory compliance tasks Support smart-building initiatives including connected systems, sensors, and energy optimisation tools Use Smart Managed Solutions platforms to log works, analyse performance data, and improve service delivery Ensure all building services, landlord systems, and critical infrastructure remain fully operational Collaborate with FM teams, tenants, and third‑party contractors to maintain excellent service levels Maintain accurate records through CAFM and smart service management systems Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations Requirements Immediate availability Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) 18th Edition (essential) Experience within commercial FM or landlord services Strong problem-solving capability and confidence working autonomously Clear communication skills and a professional customer-facing approach What we're offering Competitive day rate / hourly rate Long-term contract with potential to transition into a permanent role Involvement in a high-profile, tech-enabled FM contract Supportive and collaborative team culture
