Manages the strategic planning process and monitors progress towards achieving project goals. Manages and oversees activities with outside vendors/contractors/ and service personnel in the maintenance, repair and installation of building systems and equipment. Troubleshoots chronic problems to ensure facilities and systems are operational. Prepares and authorize request for parts, materials and purchase orders. Collects, organizes, analyzes data and monitors vendor¿s progress towards achieving goals and cost savings. Initiatives and provides detailed reports to Management on assigned projects. Oversees offsite warehouse/storage facility for record retention and Physician record storage. Maintains receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Manages and administers company fleets including identifying, repairing, lease agreements, dispatching, and achieving expected service levels and manage cost. Manages pickups and delivery of company fleets. Completes all required reports and records in a timely manner. Manages outsourced activities of the mail room, this includes but not limited to contracts, invoices, meters, data entry of information concerning daily checks received and deposits. Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations. Actively manages Ricoh contracts for all photocopies and printers at these facilities. Leads day-to-day operational aspects of the business. Ensures SLAs are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with contractual obligations. Serves as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to business partners and team members. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in related field with minimum 4 years of experience in project planning or construction management in a healthcare facility or minimum of 7yrs related experience in lieu of degree. Some supervisory experience required.
