We’re searching for an incredible Building Services Manager!
This role is based full time within the development, you will be responsible for ensuring the development consistently meets all maintenance and health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team across our luxurious BTR scheme.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Comparable experience of managing similar properties
  • M&E planning with a focus on statutory compliance
  • Team supervisory experience
  • Ability to build and develop relationships e.g. with external professionals, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Good knowledge of residential building services
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • BIFM Level 4 (desirable)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee completion of daily reactive work orders
  • Manage all aspects of the delivery of all planned maintenance
  • Close liaison with all stakeholders to agree work dates
  • Keep track of and schedule the annual compliance register
  • Ensure all records are formatted correctly and stored on the central depository
  • Provide timely MI reports to show ongoing compliance status
  • Work in conjunction with the central team on all site H&S inspections and audits.
  • Ensure reports such as FRA’s, reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely manner
  • Manage all actions arising from incidences, assessments and inspections
  • Oversee tenancy fabric refresh works
  • Control operating spend in line with annual budget
  • Provide data to support projected spend analysis
  • Identify and deliver cost savings where possible
  • Track building asset performance to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenance
  • Analyse and interpret servicing and work order trends
  • Mentor the team and provide guidance when required
  • Demonstrate thoughtful EQ practice and care for all team members
