About the role: The Services Manager will manage assigned projects to support the construction requirements of CDC Data Centres onsite at Marsden Park. This role offers substantial support to project teams throughout the initiation, planning, and execution of internal operational and construction projects, while also tracking and reporting on their outputs and outcomes. The Services Manager will collaborate with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders to achieve quality assurance, and financial success. Other responsibilities include: Oversee data centre service projects, managing critical infrastructure and technical services to ensure successful delivery. Handle project planning, change management, customer coordination, reporting, and internal stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with sub-contractors to identify and mitigate risks in service trades, documentation, design, and site works. Conduct site inspections, report on defects and progress, and participate in site meetings to ensure successful service delivery. Review monthly progress claims, work with project coordinators to complete claims, and manage weekly and client reporting. About you: This role is ideal for Services Managers with demonstrated experience delivering high-scale and complex construction projects. Individuals with exposure to electrical systems, power generation, fire safety, or HVAC services are encouraged to apply. This role needs strong time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to effectively balance client needs, contractor schedules, and industry regulations for successful project execution. Demonstrable successful track record of delivering commercial scale electrical, communications and technology projects with complex supply chains and varied skill sets. Proven ability to build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of internal and external stakeholders. Electrical or HVAC qualification (Trade of Engineering) or extensive experience in similar environments. Advanced MS office/MS project skills, experience using Aconex and Primavera P6 tools. Australian citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
