This role includes the effective communication with relevant staff or sub-contractors to ensure tasks are allocated efficiently and maintenance occurs in accordance with contractual standards.     Key Responsibilities:   * Management of all building services activities. * Manage the on-call roster * Manage subcontractors in their performance of services they are engaged to undertake. * Ensure all building services, are undertaken and completed in accordance with the site plan, legislative requirements, PPM and contract KPI’s. * Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients. * Ensuring timely and accurate entry of information in the Document Management System (DMS). * Management of financial requirements for all building services * Contract profitability within areas of control * All corporate and contracted safety requirements are met.     Key Experience & Capabilities:   * Tertiary qualifications in Building preferred * Strong management experience within dynamic, high-pressure environment * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a highly complex building environment  * Strong financial capability * Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements * Australian standards – building / commercial maintenance * Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance * Strong commitment to customer satisfaction * Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision * The ability to work under pressure and to contractual obligations * A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment. * Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and PPP performance management and payment mechanism processes (preferred) * Knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and AS/NZS Standards and its requirements       Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
