WE’RE RECRUITING ON BEHALF OF OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT, AN MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ORGANISATION OFFERING EDUCATION PROGRAMMES, CATERING AND EVENTS SPACE IN WORKINGTON, CUMBRIA. THIS IS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A FANTASTIC TEAM AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUILDING OPERATIONS. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE WITH A LITTLE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK FROM HOME WHERE QUIET TIME IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE TASKS.
Purpose: As Building Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in aligning operational performance with the company’s vision, while ensuring efficient and effective management of facilities. You will also be accountable for sustainability and carbon management across the business.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll coordinate across teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and lead strategic operational initiatives.
