The successful candidates will all need to have demonstrable skills in their discipline and be a highly self-motivated professional team player with a proven record of accomplishment and have a passion to successfully deliver an effective maintenance service, as well working alongside contractors on-site.
The split days roles will be working between 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00 (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) and will include the need to take part on a call out rota with attendance expected within 2hrs, with a standby payment when scheduled on-call and payment on attendance.
The night shift post is full time (42 hours per week – working 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, which includes weekends, public holidays and University closures). The salary will include £4,109.78 per annum shift allowance.
