As the Receptionist (internally known as a building services officer), you’ll be the first point of contact, managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and staying on top of our busy national phone line and shared inbox. This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills to get experience in a corporate environment. This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney office (please note due to the nature of this role, you will need to work in the office 5 days per week. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Be the main point of contact for our national phone line. Manage a national shared inbox of general enquiries. Provide support to the wider building services team when required. Provide relief to our front desk and front of house services. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours. ABOUT YOU Previous experience answering a high volume of incoming calls. Excellent phone manner & attention to detail. The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint. WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
