Precision Group have been providing professional, managed services and innovative solutions to customers across the UK & Ireland for almost 40 years.
We offer a diverse range of services including Facility Support, Building Services, Engineering and Industrial Support together with Environmental Solutions & Waste Management.
Due to continued growth within our Building Services division we are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily operations. This will include Facilities Management, Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other essential services.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards, managing a team of operatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, budgets, and timelines. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all projects and contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Operational management.
  • Help manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate teams of operatives promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on numerous projects, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure contract compliance and the quality of services provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and provide customized service solutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations management role within the building services or facilities management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
  • Experience of managing a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
