We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services including renovations, alterations, extensions, improvements or repairs of a building being undertaken by sub-contractors, ensuring these are completed to required industry regulations. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Supervise planned works, defect rectification, and technical service delivery across tenanted and vacant properties. * Drive safety and compliance – conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring adherence to OH&S requirements. * Validate scopes, perform site inspections, and enforce compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and contract specifications. * Manage subcontractor performance – provide clear direction, monitor delivery partner performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Deliver on time and build client relationships – manage work orders, identify risks early, and act as a key client contact to support strong, collaborative outcomes. What You’ll Bring * Hold a relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience. * Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA) * Experience in management and supervision of general building services. * Knowledge of work planning and scheduling procedures. * Full understanding of OH&S regulations. * Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice, Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
