Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced a live-in superintendent for a residential buildings in Scarborough.
The candidate will be responsible, amongst other tasks, for the day-to-day maintenance of the building, for ensuring that tenants comply with building rules and regulations and for coordinating with both internal maintenance stuff and external contractors

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience: Rental Residential Properties
• Must provide Criminal background check
