Job description Building Superintendent What this job involves: Building harmonious relationships In this job, you will need to interact with various individuals from different departments to liaise with company contractors, maintain security, control building safety, and inspect the work of contracted personnel involved in space decoration. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with contractors to discuss workplace safety regulations, engage with clients to ensure the success of projects and activities, and handle other tasks assigned by the building manager.
