About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Building Fabric Supervisor in our Maintenance team at the University of Warwick.
Competitive salary plus a generous benefits package including up to 38 days leave (including bank holidays) and pension.
About You
Ideally you will have qualifications, or extensive experience working within estates maintenance/management organisations and have a strong supervisory background. Building fabric knowledge and experience is essential.
You’ll be responsible for supervising staff or outsourced building services to ensure that all statutory, planned and reactive maintenance and repairs are carried out by staff or contractors to the university’s standards and ensure value for money.
This is a varied role where you’ll also have the opportunity to be out in the field providing support to university staff and contractors and writing up reports with your findings and recommendations on service continuity. You’ll also assist with the development of procedures designed to improve the operation of contracted services and be comfortable with the admin side of the role, maintaining records and documentation.
