• Supervise and oversee project management activities, including renovations, additions & alterations (A&A), and upgrading works.
• Coordinate and manage work execution according to project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and confirm timely delivery of materials in accordance with the design specifications.
• Manage project timelines to ensure completion within the scheduled timeframe.
• Track project progress to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Maintain close coordination with subcontractors and relevant authorities to facilitate seamless project implementation.
