Watershed Building Co is a custom home builder. We are known for our quality builds and renovations with a personal level of service. We are looking for our next Builder Supervisor to join our fun and friendly environment. As site supervisor your role will be to work with our builder to ensure are projects are completed on time, within budget and with a high quality finish for our clients.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and vibrant team environment. They key responsibilities for the role include:

• Oversee residential projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standard
• Work with our Administration team to schedule trades and ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site
• Regular site inspections on each of our active jobs to ensure our trades are operating in a safe and respectful manner
• Work with our trades and suppliers to ensure we maintain our strong relationship with all our partners
• Ensure our projects are built with the highest quality of workmanship, in accordance with the Building Codes
• Be able to interpret building plans, engineers’ reports and specifications
• Be a positive, reliable presence on site, you are the first point of contact for our trades
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise alongside our trade and service partners
