JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our External Wall Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive building surveys, assessing building conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves inspecting building structures, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders, with a particular focus on external wall systems, fire safety, and structural integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree or Masters in Engineering / Building Surveying orequivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building surveying, with a focus on external walls, fire safety, and compliance assessments.
Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the team in the delivery of projects in a client facing role.
  • Undertaking site survey work and subsequent report writing.
  • Delivery of projects to high levels of quality within projects deadlines.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inspection, design, and plan review for site inspection works.
  • Actively pursue continued professional development through completion of training modules.
  • Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs.
  • Conducting all their activities in quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel.
