This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and capable Building Surveyor to join a growing, multi-disciplinary team. With roles available at multiple levels, the practice is open to applicants from Assistant through to Senior Surveyor, depending on skills and experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Building Surveying or similar discipline (or qualified by experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
• Candidates from Assistant through to Senior level will be considered for this role
• Strong understanding of commercial property and surveying practice
• Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential
• Confident using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to project delivery
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites as needed
