Building Surveyor - Level 1 - NEEDED, START ASAP
Beyond Healthcare Medical is working with one of the largest housing associations in London in search of a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2 days office 3 from home
Location: London.

  2 days office 3 from home, could be flexible for the right person. 3300 pre 1920’s homes that need to be reviewed for safety reasons.
  We are undertaking a vital review of the structural integrity of parapet walls across a significant portion of our building stock. This is a staged process, beginning with a desktop review of property data, followed by targeted site inspections.
  Your role will focus on this initial desktop review.This follows a recent incident involving a parapet wall collapse. As a result, we are conducting a stock-wide review to ensure the safety of our residents. Your contribution is vital -accurate and diligent recording of information is an important first step in identifying potential risks.
  This is more than a data task. Your work will directly contribute to resident safety by helping us identify and prioritize buildings that may pose a risk. You’ll be playing a key role in preventing future incidents and ensuring our homes remain safe and secure.
