REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI.
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license.
