Provide leadership for a team Prioritise and delegate work to the building team operatives Carry out appraisals and HR related work Ensure staff are compliant with their mandatory and role specific training Undertake the relevant training to be authorised in asbestos management and confined space Ensure that all workshop equipment is compliant to the PUWER regulations Maintain stock levels of materials and order when required
