Responsibilities: The Building and Technical Services Manager is responsible for maintaining the appearance and structure of the center to company standards. The Manager leads the Tech Services team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all center equipment. Coaches, trains and develops technical staff Suggests improvements and collaborates with the management team to generate ideas and improve processes Holds self and others accountable for measurable, high quality, timely results Develops and utilizes existing inspection checklists, maintenance logs, and preventative maintenance checklists to ensure proper appearance and functionality of location and equipment Adheres to all Company, city, state, and federal safety requirements and training while ensuring team members are properly trained.
