REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works

• Handle and manage commercial and condominiums.
• Carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building works and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system
• Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services
