About The Role
In this role you will supervise, lead and support operations in a 24/7 warehouse/logistics environment. You’ll apply your expertise to inspect, and maintain processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. You’ll also perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a safety-first culture in which CBRE employees return home in the same condition in which they reported to work.
  • Supervise and implement the preventative maintenance program
  • Schedule preventative maintenance with minimum disruption of building services and all expenses related to site projects
  • Perform and/or delegate preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified maintenance staff member
  • Maintain existing and install new equipment
  • Provide formal supervision and training to individual employees within a single functional or operational area.
  • Provide hands on training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staff
  • Recommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for budgetary consideration
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
  • Other job-related tasks as needed or assigned.
