The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. Job Description The Claims department requires an intern to support and assist the Buildings Assessing team with day-to-day activities. We are seeking a motivated detailed orientated individual to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in the Buildings Assessing field. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment. Qualifications Qualifications Matric is a minimum requirement Degree in Administration or equivalent Responsibilities Liaising with Management regarding Assessor Claim allocations Keeping track of Assessor appointments Running Reports Reconciling and processing payment to service providers Additional Information Skills and Competencies: The successful individual would need to demonstrate the below listed competencies at an advanced level: Skills and Competencies Customer service oriented Good communication skills (verbal and written) Good interpersonal skills Computer literate-MS Office Organised, Self-disciplined and self-motivated Deadline and results oriented Attention to detail Takes ownership and responsibility Excellent administration skills Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to Be a South African citizen Not previously on an Internship with INSETA Be between the ages of 18 & 35 Unemployed in the last 2 months Additional Information An ideal candidate will be able to align their personal work values to the OUTsurance values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate and Recognition.
