What You'll Do:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for aviation personnel· Source and search for new candidates based on management requests· Execute tasks and instructions from management within the HR scope· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters per UAE Labor Law· Oversee visa processing, work permits, and government relations· Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation· Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law· Support performance management and employee development· Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

· ✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Dubai, UAE· ✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field· ✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law· ✅ Excellent English (written & spoken)· ✅ Russian and/or Arabic — highly desirable· ✅ Aviation industry experience — a plus· ✅ CIPD / SHRM certification — an advantageaWe’re looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist who can join immediately and support our team with end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.

We need someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and able to manage the entire recruitment process - from understanding the hiring requirements and identifying the right talent to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify the right candidate profiles• Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple vacancies• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process• Support offer management, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding• Maintain a structured, accurate, and well-organized recruitment process• Manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment• Strong sourcing, headhunting, screening, and interviewing skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic• Strong coordination and follow-up skills• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently• Good understanding of the UAE talent market• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Available to join immediately and work onsite in Dubai
