[Job Description] Work Location: Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci Bulgari Ginza Tower, 2-7-12 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Team: Reception Team Position: Reception Manager Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day (+ 60-minute break) Days Off: 8–10 days off per month, 115 days off per year Store Holidays: No fixed holidays Employment Type:Full-time Employee Contract Duration: Full-time: No fixed term Probation Period: 3 months Expected Salary: ¥280,000–¥350,000/month Final amount determined based on experience and preferences Full-time employees receive a fixed annual bonus equivalent to 4 months’ salary Benefits: Employment insurance, workers’ compensation, pension, health insurance Employee discounts with the Marriott Group and LVMH Group [Qualifications] Native-level Japanese or equivalent proficiency At least 5 year of reception experience in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar setting [Preferred Qualifications] Ability to speak languages other than Japanese Team lead experience Customer relationship experience
