[Job Description] Work Location: Bulgari Il Cioccolato, Matsuya Ginza B1F, 3-6-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Team: Matsuya Ginza Team Position: Staff Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day (+ 60-minute break) Days Off: 8–10 days off per month, 115 days off per year Store Holidays: Follows Matsuya Ginza’s holiday schedule (no fixed holidays) Employment Type: Contract or Full-time Employee Contract employees may be promoted to full-time after a minimum of 3 months Contract Duration: Contract: 1 year Full-time: No fixed term Probation Period: 3 months Expected Salary: ¥220,000–¥320,000/month Final amount determined based on experience and preferences Full-time employees receive a bonus equivalent to 4 months’ salary annually Benefits: Employment insurance, workers’ compensation, pension, health insurance Employee discounts with the Marriott Group and LVMH Group [Qualifications] Native-level Japanese or equivalent proficiency At least 1 year of sales experience If you do not meet the above, feel free to consult with us [Preferred Qualifications] Experience working in a department store Ability to speak languages other than Japanese
