Minimum requirements: Experience as 3rd Engineer minimum 12 months. Valid Certificate of Competency(Higher License) and certificates according to STCW 2010 amendments. Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS). Good communication and reporting skills. Great interpersonal skills and good team leading ability. Responsibilities
The 3rd Engineer is responsible for maintaining engine room operations and ensuring compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations. This includes reporting and leading team members to ensure efficient vessel performance.
