Minimum requirements: Experience as 4th Engineer minimum 9 months. Valid Certificate of Competency and certificates according to STCW 2010 amendments. Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS). Good communication and reporting skills. Beneficial experiences: Experience on Bulk vessel.
