Description
Main Purpose: To monitor, manage and coordinate logistic operations for the trading area in bulk shipments. The Bulk Operations team manages all operations for Coal and Iron Ore products across 10 regional offices. Knowledge and Skills: - Advanced students or University graduates of the following careers: Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting. - 0-2 years experience in similar position (preferably in Trading or Logistic Companies) - Very good English level. - Portuguese as a Second language is a plus. - Willingness to learn - Adaptive to different situations - Strong organizational skills - Very good system management (Excel, ERP, etc) - Excellent communications skills - Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment Key Responsibilities: - Keep the Trafigura reporting system updated with data provided by internal & external Operations teams - Coordinate reporting with Operations and Risk Management team - Coordinate invoice reconciliation. - Coordinate material movements with warehouses. - Conduct weekly and monthly reports of the operation.
