Steady schedule Robust vacation package - up to 1 week in first year, and 2 weeks after year one Paid sick time after 1 year 401k Plan + Company Match TBC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Bulk Truck Driver, based out of our Waterloo, IN facility. The Bulk Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of cement powder and other related products in both rural and urban environments in all weather conditions. Here is some insight into what your day-to-day will entail: Drive company-owned trucks in a professional manner to transport and deliver products or other materials Operate equipment, such as truck cab computers, CB radios, and telephones to exchange necessary information with dispatch, supervisors, or other drivers Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and trailer to ensure safety as a priority Completes daily DOT pre-trip inspections and required logs. Submits and verifies accuracy of all documentation. Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and routine maintenance checks of assigned vehicle. Reports issues, accidents, and damage to the leadership team. Maintains and submits all trip-related receipts and expenses. Obtains and maintains accurate delivery authorization and pickup documentation. Verifies shipment documents such as load tickets, bills of lading and work orders. Drive trucks to weigh stations when appropriate along routes to document weights and to comply with state regulations Delivery Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Adaptable: Able to anticipate and respond to unexpected situations (traffic, weather, road conditions, onsite restrictions). Time-management: Committed to timely deliveries and providing quality service to our customers. Organized and detail-oriented: Maintains accurate records for documents, gas cards, receipts, and load tickets. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), Class A required 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience 2+ years of dry bulk tanker experience Knowledge of applicable DOT rules and safe driving regulations Additional Information Why Work for Us?
