WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
Your main responsibility as a Chef de Partie is to work alongside the Head Chef
and Sous Chef to ensure food is prepared on time and to a high-quality standard. Keep stations organised while also being a station cook and assisting with preparation and plating and monitoring Demi-Chef’s, Cooks, Kitchen Hands. You will be a part of the kitchen team led by Ajay Zalte our Executive Chef.
