We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow, take ownership, and contribute to a high-performing team.   JOB SUMMARY The BulletSafe Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth for the BulletSafe brand, with a primary focus on bulletproof vests and ballistic protection products. This role develops new business, manages existing accounts, and expands BulletSafe’s presence across dealers, distributors, security companies, and government customers.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS * Generate new business and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, law enforcement, and security customers * Promote and sell BulletSafe bulletproof vests and body armor solutions * Conduct outbound calls, customer visits, and participate in trade shows * Analyze territory potential and identify growth opportunities * Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets * Provide product education on ballistic protection levels, features, and applications * Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records * Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and customer communication records * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience * Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (tactical, security, law enforcement, or related industry preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to prospect, close deals, and manage accounts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred) * Military or law enforcement background is a plus * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * May be required to sit or stand, travel for extended periods. * Occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating office machinery and motor vehicles. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Primarily office-based with exposure to outdoor conditions and travel requirements.
