Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to create engaging support experiences Engage clients in meaningful activities that foster social connections and skill development Ensure a safe environment for clients Promote independence and empower clients to make choices Document client progress and report any concerns to the relevant team members Certificate III in Individual Disability Support or relevant qualification preferred Current first aid and CPR certification Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Current NDIS Workers Screening Card and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday mornings and weekends Remuneration: SCHADS Award - Social & Community Services Employee Assistance Program - Counseling Training & Development Opportunity for Growth and Developments Work for a Company that Values their Employees
