New Hiring System: One Team, One Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable team members to join our unified workforce. At Bunsik, we operate without traditional front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) divisions. All team members are expected to work flexibly across both hall service and kitchen operations, sharing responsibilities to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
✔ You’ll serve customers and cook food.
✔ You’ll manage orders at the till and plate up our menus.
✔ You’ll clean stations and keep customers smiling.

Your Responsibilities

• Serving customers at the till and kiosks
• Preparing and cooking food in the shop
• Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness
• Flexibly rotating between kitchen and service tasks
• Supporting your team and enjoying the energy!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
• Open to learning both kitchen & service roles
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus (but not required!)
• Can communicate confidently with staff & customers

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
