37 HOURS PER WEEK

We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our Buoy Yard team, working under the supervision of the Buoy Yard Supervisor. Duties include general labour, water jetting, driving, assembly, slinging, station attendance, and minor building maintenance, all to be performed in accordance with health and safety policies and relevant laws.
There will be occasional opportunities to work on lighthouses as part of our technical team, presenting a potential career path. We strongly encourage and support both formal and informal learning and development.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar industrial role.
• An appropriate level of practical training
• Full driving licence
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety in a similar environment
• Ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ability to work away from home across the Lighthouse estate as part of a remote team.

Qualifications

• Good written English and Maths skills
• Good understanding of IT
