JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate burger chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen understanding of kitchen operations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
