ABOUT THE ROLE:

All juniors can be taught from the bottom up….we can have a small chat and organise a trial and see how we both like it… :)
As far as mangers, this is not just a management job. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store — leading a passionate team, crafting qaulity burgers, and driving our brand into its next evolution.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading and inspiring our awesome crew (including juniors)
• Creating rosters and managing day-to-day operations
• Stock ordering and supplier relationships
• Contributing to menu development (yes, your creations)
• Keeping costs tight and standards high
• Helping develop fun, social content (got TikTok & food photo skills? Bonus!)
• Growing with the business — profit share and/or franchise potential for the right fit
