About the Role Permanent position Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm, working 2 days at Willoughby as primary location, 2 days at Epping and 1 day at Ryde. In this busy role, you’ll: Safely operate buses in accordance with scheduled routes and resident needs, ensuring punctual and reliable transport services. Conduct vehicle safety checks, report maintenance needs and maintain accurate vehicle records in line with Estia Health requirements. Support the coordination of transport schedules for outings, appointments and activities, adapting to resident preferences where appropriate. Assist in the orientation and mentoring of new drivers or transport assistants as required. Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with Estia Health's quality management system, safety procedures and regulatory requirements. You’ll also have: Australian Driver's licence. Experience in providing transport services within a community, aged care or similar environment. Understanding of road safety regulations and duty of care responsibilities. Be empathetic and customer focused. Problem solver and decision maker.
