Sodexo is looking for experienced Bus Drivers to join our welcoming, region-based teams across Western Australia’s remote sites. Whether you're seeking a stable full-time role or prefer the flexibility of casual work, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle. FIFO from Perth, WA 2:1 Roster (14 On, 7 Off, 11 hrs/day) What We Offer: Full-time permanent positions with daily site allowances Casual roles with flexible scheduling Flights to and from site (Point of Hire: Perth) Uniform provided Onboarding and pre-employment costs covered Variety of utility tasks to keep your day dynamic A chance to explore regional WA while you work Career progression and training opportunities OTE $115k/year including base wage of $96k + super + site allowances (for full-time roles) What You’ll Be Doing: Safely transporting passengers between village, mine site, and airport (60-80% of role) Operating large passenger vehicles (53+ seat buses/coaches) Conducting daily vehicle inspections Performing required secondary village duties alongside primary driving responsibilities (20-40% of role) Qualifications What You’ll Need: Australian Citizenship or full working rights Reside in Perth, WA at time of application Experience driving 53+ seat buses or coaches MR license or higher (HR preferred) PTD Authorisation or willingness to obtain (at your own cost) Ability to pass a Bus Driving Assessment Pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing) National Police Check dated within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information Why Sodexo?
