We are looking for a Business Management Analyst with strong reporting, organization, and leadership skills. Reporting to the Manager, Merchant Delivery within TD Merchant Solutions , the successful candidate should have good communication skills both written and verbal and, be able to problem solve. Primary responsibilities include helping co-ordinate and report on vendor and project metrics for Merchant Delivery Team.

Activities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment of field vendor performance including SLA trends and root cause
  • Create statistical reports for service call trend analysis
  • Work with management and specialists to achieve Service Delivery KPI through collaborative reports
  • Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information for stakeholders
  • Ensure that business operations adhere to guidelines established by internal risk/compliance advisors and external regulators
  • Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area and keep current emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, analytical tools and techniques
  • Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines
  • Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers
