Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting the guests with a smile and friendly greeting
• Satisfying patron and staff requests in a timely manner
• Remove dirty/used dishes, silverware and glassware in dining areas as needed and deliver them to dishwashing area.
• Maintain proper stock of clean dishware, silverware, dishware and bus tubs in server areas and restock at end of shift
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and table locations in order to deliver food in a timely and efficient manner
• Remove trash from service areas throughout shift and at end of shift
• Opening side work
• Closing side work
• Assist co-workers with cleaning and resetting tables and additional cleaning as needed
• Assisting co-workers as needed
• Assist with maintaining storage areas and special projects as assigned by supervisor
• Follow Dolphin Hotels and Bilmar policies at all time
