Bus Person
+ Reports to General Manager
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Busses and cleans guest tables in the dining room and acts as a server assistant
+ Delivers trays of dirty dishware to the dish room and stocks service area with clean dishware.
+ Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
+ Maintains and services restrooms
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
+ Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
+ Transports dirty plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift
+ Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
+ Mobility required during the entire shift
Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
Responsibilities
The Bus Person is responsible for bussing and cleaning guest tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas. Additional duties include transporting dirty dishware and maintaining restrooms.
