Systems Analysis Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). On/Offboarding Coordination: Managing employee transitions in and out of the account, ensuring compliance with company policies and systems, and ensuring the right access and permissions are set up or revoked. Compliance Tracking: Keeping track of regulatory or company policy compliance across various projects or teams, ensuring everyone is following the necessary rules and processes. Attestations: Ensuring stakeholders sign off on key documents, affirming they agree to certain terms or conditions, which is often tied to compliance or audit processes. Contract Obligations Management: Ensuring that all parties involved in contracts meet their obligations, keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained. SharePoint Site Administration and Management: Overseeing the structure, content, and permissions on a SharePoint site, ensuring users have appropriate access and the site functions smoothly. Change Control Boards (CCB): Managing or participating in a group that reviews, approves, or rejects changes to project scopes, schedules, or other critical elements. Governance Decks: Helping to create presentations (usually in PowerPoint) that summarize governance-related topics, like risk management, compliance, and overall project health. WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) Management: Ensuring the detailed breakdown of project tasks is well-defined, organized, and that progress can be tracked. Invoice Management: Processing and tracking invoices related to contracts, projects, or services, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
