Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 Job Description We are seeking a professional and decisive Bus Team Leader to join our transportation team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members. Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns Implement and monitor driver training programs Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep Analyze route efficiency and suggest improvements Handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions Prepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metrics Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field Proven leadership experience with excellent team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent time management and organizational capabilities In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations Proficiency in basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license First Aid and CPR certification (preferred) Familiarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Experience in bus fleet management Thorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Additional Information Your team and working environment: Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
