Busboy/Busgirl: As the first point of contact, you will warmly greet guests, guide them to their seats, and provide menu information with a smile. Your role is crucial in setting the atmosphere and ensuring our guests start their day right! You’ll need to multitask effectively, packing take-out orders and working closely with our waitstaff to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly. We value team players who are quick learners and committed to customer satisfaction. English and French are required for this position.
Kitchen Assistant: You will prepare signature breakfast dishes, adapt recipes to guest preferences, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness. Following the head chef’s guidance, you’ll help keep our kitchen operations smooth, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen meeting our exacting standards. Prior cooking and food preparation experience are advantageous, and while a culinary arts degree is not required, any formal training is a plus.
Dishwasher: You play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our kitchen. Beyond washing dishes, you’ll help keep our service running smoothly by assisting with basic food prep and ensuring that cookware and utensils are hygienically maintained.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a courteous demeanour.
• A proven record of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in food service is beneficial, particularly for kitchen roles.
